GAS COOKER BUILT-IN AUTOMATIC TIMER AND SHUT-OFF

EA02 Product Introduction

Fire Detection Process:
Upon turning-on the gas cooker, the control base identifies the presence of fire through voltage detection and transmits a signal to the main unit. Subsequently, the main unit initiates the preset timer.

Flame-off Detection:
When the user turns off the flame manually, the controller sends a signal to turn-off the timer and enter into power-saving mode.

Scheduled flame-off control: When flame-on timing is due.The main unit sends a flame-off signal to the controller to disconnect the thermal couple circuit to cut-off gas and enter into power-saving mode.

The component controller is installed at the thermal couple and solenoid ends to improve the accuracy of the thermal couple voltage detection.
